Returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items: We accept returns for products that arrive damaged or are incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@aireque.com to initiate a return.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Instructions: Please include your order information and reason for return when contacting us. We will provide instructions on how to return the product.
